Leonard Pickard is formerly a drug policy fellow at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard, and Deputy Director of the Drug Policy Analysis Program at UCLA.
Alleged by DEA to have produce “90% of the world’s LSD”, he was released from two life sentences in federal prison in July, 2020 after serving 20 years.
