I’m Chinese & grew up in Taiwan with zero knowledge and background on any mind altering drugs or sacred medicines. Moved to MN in 1986. My son Kai educated me on healing mental illness with psychedelics 2 years ago. I started taking mushroom and the journey has been a lasting healing process with mindful integration tools. I found peace with myself and my family.
