How will I get to see the talks?

First, make sure you’re registered, next log in on the summit streaming site. When the talks are upcoming, an hour or so away, a box that says ‘Watch Now’ will appear on the page. You can click that link to go to the talk. If you got the Free Friday ticket, you will not be able to view Saturday/Sunday talks unless you purchase an All-Weekend Pass. Monday intensives also require separate tickets.

Where's my ticket / How do I log into my account?

If you have registered for the summit, and/or a workshop, you don’t need a ticket or a confirmation number. All you need is the email address you used to purchase your ticket, and access to that email account. Use that to log in on the summit streaming site.

You can log in by going to the streaming site at https://2023.integrationjam.com then find the 3 little dots in the upper-right hand corner (under 3 little lines if you’re on your phone), and click Login…  or you can click here.

Enter your registered email (the one you used to purchase your ticket, no password necessary) and click Continue. Then head to the inbox of the email address you used and find your login email. The subject line will read ‘Sign in to the Integration Jam‘.​ Click the link and you’ll be logged in with access to all the talks that come with your ticket(s).

Talk links will “go live” and a “Watch Now” button will appear on the page for that talk 15-30 minutes before each talk.

If you follow those instructions and still have trouble, please try clearing your cache/history and repeat.

How do I edit my Schedule?

The software might allow you to add all talks to your Schedule that you choose, however, you will only be able to view talks to your that come with the ticket you are registered for. For example, if you got a Free Friday ticket, and add a talk with the category “Paid Weekend Ticket” on it, you will need to upgrade to an All-Weekend Pass to view this talk.

Where is this conference being held?

This conference is online. You can watch it from anywhere that has enough bandwidth to handle the Zoom App. (P.S.: Download Zoom in advance)

What time zone is this in?

On the Schedule page, the times should appear listed in YOUR local time zone.

To double-check… our first talk is at 9am Pacific time on Friday.

I can't complete my order

Are you using a Discover Card? The software doesn’t accept Discover Card.

I missed a talk and want to watch it later.

If you bought a Forever Access pass, you will be able to watch these videos ‘forever’ … whatever forever means these days anyway. If America falls into ruin in the next few years, all bets are off. Watch these before the apocalypse.

It takes our small team some time to edit and upload all of the videos. Talks will be uploaded to our permanent site, https://circle.tamintegration.com/ as soon as possible after the conference (a few days if not sooner), and you will receive an email with login credentials at that time if you’ve purchased a Forever Access Pass. We appreciate your patience as we convert and upload the replays.

When will the forever talks be available?

The talks will be up as soon as possible after the conference.

How do I see the REPLAYS?

Friday’s replays will be available for all on our Tam Integration YouTube Channel. Feel free to like, follow and share. The other days’ talks will be ready a few days after the conference ends.
 
For the other days’ talks, first, please check your email registration receipt and make sure that you registered for and purchased Forever Access. If you got “Live Summit Access” or “Free Friday Only” you will need to purchase a Forever Access pass to be able to see the replays from other days. If you purchased Live Summit Access already and now you want to upgrade, send us an email and we’ll get back to you with a personal link to do so.
 
Everyone who has purchased a Forever Access ticket will receive an email with login credentials some time during the week after the conference, to the site that will permanently store our conference videos, https://circle.tamintegration.com/
Once you receive your login credentials you can go here any time and find the conference talks under a “Class” called 2023 Integration Jam, to which you will have Forever Access.
 
It can take some time to upload and convert all the videos, so we thank you in advance for your patience. We’ll get you the link and credentials as soon as possible.

You’ll need Zoom. Download the App for free and make sure you get it set up before the conference if you want to join live.
